Architecture & Strategy:

In close collaboration with the customer , elaborate a long term architecture plan. Define the strategy to insure smoothest evolution while keeping realistic schedule for the business. Help customer in framework selection to evolve towards a Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) while preserving existing assets.

Technologies Solutions:

Based on a strong technology watch, provide decision elements to select the key components of the infrastructure such as servers, storage or network, middleware. Facilitate adoption of these technologies either by integration or migration of the existing solution. Help making virtualisation efforts successful either on specific (like virtual tapes) or global (servers and storage) initiatives.

Project Management:

In tight relationship with customers teams, coordinate technical projects to roll-out environmental changes with minimal impacts on the provided services. Recommend project approach based on solid risk analysis and mitigation.
Build detailed plans, raise awareness of participants and work with them on the different alternatives and their roll-back to enable sounded decision making.

Infrastructure Support:

Provide expert services in Enterprise infrastructure management. Deliver day-to-day management of components (configuration, troubleshooting, deployment, migration) for major evolution such as SOA implementation, virtualisation with strong quality focus in processes and procedures.
Help customer in performance analysis to prepare capacity plans.
