Working at BuSI
BuSIers - BuSI consultants' nickname - are the heart of BuSI. We consider
that each of us plays a key role within the company, collaborating with the
others, internally and externally.
Loyalty is the word that best

Management

Consultants by the HR entity & by the Management
- Individual performance is reviewed on a regular basis
- There is a strong collaboration between Solutions and Consulting, to guarantee
the customer with a high Service Quality & Satisfaction.
Organisational Structure & Knowledge
- Everyone's roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
- The management team includes the Senior Consultants
- Development of an internal knowledge management centre in order to share our
Consultants' experiences & good practices.
